1. Can I amend/cancel my order?
You can amend or cancel the order within 24hrs. However when the order ships, it becomes impossible.

2. I don’t like it, can I return?
In as much as we want to deliver an exceptional service to our customers, we would not be able to satisfy customer’s request for a return on the premise that “I don’t like or I changed my mind”

3. Item does not fit can I return?
We can offer you an exchange, contact us as soon as possible via contact us page.

5. How can I track my order?
A live tracking number will be sent to customer email within 3-5 business days. To track your order, click the link in the email OR from our shipping provider’s website and enter the provided tracking number.
Please note that it can take 5-7 days for your tracking number to be trackable.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact Us.
