Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on shipping option selected and destination.

 

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship domestically (within the USA) and internationally. If you have a question about domestic shipments, or shipments going anywhere outside the USA and Canada, please email vitaoptimalbrands@gmail.com.

 

How Do You Ship?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. We will also use DHL, FedEx or UPS at your request. 
Since we do ship most of our orders via USPS, our website will only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. However, you can email us your desired shipping method and we will provide you the exact shipping cost (this applies to selected products only). Shipping methods asides USPS are subject to additional fees. 


When Will I Receive My Order?

Order delivered with the United States should arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. Canada may take an additional 2-3 days. International shipments are estimated to take 7-21 business days via USPS depending on exact destination. 

 

How Do I Track An Order After Shipping? 

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order you will receive an email with your tracking number once the order ships. We recommend including your phone number and email address during checkout to ensure prompt delivery, especially for destinations outside the US and Canada.



International Shipping

Orders going to a destination outside of the USA may be subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your package into your country. We do not benefit from any of these charges. In such situations, we recommend reaching out to your country’s  Customs Department or local delivery courier/post office. 

We are not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your package. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees and taxes.
